The alternative to our Hot Water Extraction (HWE) method is the low moisture commercial carpet cleaning system. This involves lightly spraying the carpet with a specialized cleaning solution then using a rotary machine with bonnet pads to agitate and remove dirt, odours and alergens. This commercial carpet cleaning method is now being performed around the world. It's being appreciated for a number of reasons... quick drying, water conservation, less contaminated waste water; less chance of soil wick-back*, the list goes on. It really is the 'green' option.
Because only a small amount of moisture is used, drying times are usually well under an hour so the carpet can be walked on immediately! There are no damp odours, only a wonderful fresh smell and absolutely no chance of shrinkage!
This commercial carpet cleaning system gets great results on some domestic carpets and should be the only option on commercial low profile carpeting to avoid wick-back*.
One specific solution we use is especially designed to remove coffee and tea spillages usually found in the likes of school staff rooms! There are odourless and green solutions available if preferred. Our solutions, when used regularly build up a tolerancy against stains and spillages.
If we ever come across a stain that may be hard to remove for whatever reason we use spotting equipment which acts in the same was as a HWE machine so we really have the best of both worlds at our finger tips!
When it comes to commercial carpet cleaners in Newcastle and the surrounding areas we really are difficult to beat! With nearly 10 years of carpet cleaning experience we are still the affordable choice for clients who are looking for an expert job.
*Wick-back sometimes occurs with HWE carpet cleaning on commercial low profile carpeting. It is when moisture and dirt sinks to the bottom of the carpet during the cleaning process and as it dries the dirt resurfaces and leaves staining.
